It can be so hard to stay positive in technology... Some days you just get steamrolled, some days you hit a wall, and most days can be little more than unpleasant. But I was very fortunate to bump into Tiffaney today, and it reminded me that a little kindness and empathy can go a very long way. I was debating whether to share this or not, because I really don't want to somehow corrupt a good thing, but honestly? I need to see it in my profile.
